Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)

prevents skin cancer, premature aging, and UV damage. Use every day, whether indoors or on overcast days.

Exfoliation (1–2 times per week)

aids in clearing clogged pores and removing dead skin cells. For a smoother texture and more radiant skin, use chemical exfoliants such as AHA/BHA.
